Enable Auto-Archiving for Files
This article will show you how to enable auto-archiving for files in ImagineShare.
Looking at portal
To begin, log into your portal (using your specified domain name and password provided in your welcome email. If you do not have this information, please email Courtney at cinman@imaginetime.net).
All Workspaces:
Figure 1 shows the “All Workspaces” landing page. This is the first page displayed. Select the “Firm Settings” link from the left side menu area to open the “Firm Settings” dialog page (figure 2).

The screenshot below (figure 2) shows the “Firm Setting:: Overview” screen. Select the “Advanced Settings” link from the menu bar to load the “Advanced Settings” dialog page (figure 3).

Figure 3 below shows the ”Advanced Settings” screen. This is a list of the available settings options. Select the blue ”Update” button at the bottom of the “Settings” column to open the “Settings Update” dialog page (figure 4).

Figure 4 below showing the “Advanced Settings:: Update” dialog screen. To enable the “Auto-archiving” of files select the “Time Period for auto-archiving of files” drop-down box. This will display the available options for auto-archiving of files (figure 5).

Figure 5 below shows the “Advanced Settings:: Update” screen with the “Auto-archiving” files drop-down opened. You may select 30, 60, or 90 days to keep files in folders before they are archived to the “Archive folder”. Select the required number of days, then select the blue “Save” or “Cancel” button to keep or discard changes (figure 6).
