Enable Electronic Signatures for a Staff Member
This article will be your guide on how to enable electronic signatures for a staff member via Imagine Share.
How do I enable electronic signatures for a staff member?
Log into the ImagineTime Portal using https://yourfirmname.imaginetime.com. Enter the email address and password associated with your “Firm” (Figure 1). Select the “Sign in” button.

Figure 2 below is the login landing page for the “ACME Corporation”. This example is showing a single client and two firms. Your login landing page may only show your clients and a single firm. Select your “Firm Name”.

Figure 3 below shows the “All workspaces” landing page. Here you would see all of your clients. To enable electronic signatures for a staff member, select the “Firm Settings” link from the sidebar menu on the left side of your screen.

Select the “Members” link from the menu bar below the “Firm name” (figure 4). This will open the “Settings:: Members” dialog page (figure 5).

The below screenshot (figure 5) is the Firm “Members” screen. Select the blue “gear icon” on the right side of the screen for the staff member you wish to enable electronic signatures for. This will load the “Members:: Update Staff” page (figure 6).

Figure 6 is a screenshot of the “Members::Update Staff” screen dialog. On this page, you can set the “E-Signature Access” to on or off by clicking the button below E-Signature Access (figure 6). The button will turn blue when turned on. You may also set the “Status” and “Privileges” on this screen. Select the orange “Save” button to keep changes or the “Cancel” button to leave this page without saving any changes.
