Mango makes it easy to create mailing labels using a connected DYMO printer.

Accessing Label Printing

You can access Label Printing from the main toolbar.

  1. Click on your name in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Label Printing.

Using Label Printing

The Global Search field can be used to locate clients containing specific text. Once specified, an indicator will be displayed showing how many records contain that text. To clear the search, click the red X icon to the right of the field.

The Filter field can be used to optionally limit clients shown. Select “All Clients” to show all clients, “All Client Contacts” to show all clients as well as additional contacts, or “All Client(s) in Invoice Review to be Printed” to show clients with invoices ready to be printed.

You can click on the header of the Client Name column to sort the records shown alphabetically. Click the header again to reverse the sort.

Printing Labels

You can print mailing labels from the Label Printing window.

  1. Select one or more clients and contacts in the Client list.
  2. Select the Available Printer. If no printer is shown here, Mango cannot detect a DYMO printer.
  3. Specify the # Of Labels to Print for each selected client.
  4. Optionally verify the Address Information for one or more clients.
  5. Click the Print Print Label

Common Questions About Label Printing

What DYMO printers are supported?
Mango supports printers that use DYMO Connect software, including DYMO LabelWriter® 5 series, 450 series, and 4XL models, and LabelManager® 280, 420P, and 500TS® models.

Why did I get the message “Warning! No DYMO printers are installed or found.” when my printer is installed?
This may be due to a communication error with the printer. Try restarting the printer or reinstalling the printer software.
