The Company Dashboard provides a quick way to see revenue, receipts, and staff statistics. You must have User Permissions assigned to you for the Company Dashboard in order to access it.

Accessing the Company Dashboard

You can access the Company Dashboard from the main toolbar or the menu.

1. Click on your name in the top right of the screen.
2. Click Company Dashboard.

1. Click Dashboard on the menu.
2. Click Home.
3. Click the Company Dashboard button.

Using the Company Dashboard

The Company Dashboard is divided into three tabs, each with several panels containing specific information.

• Revenue
• Receipts
• Staff

Revenue

Click the Revenue tab to see the following:

• Revenue for This Month
• Revenue for Last Year Month
• Revenue for This Year-To-Date
• Revenue for Last Year-To-Date

• Billed Revenue – 3 Year Comparison. Hover over the bar graph to see amounts for each month/year.

• Unbilled Revenue
• Realization Rate YTD
• Gross Profit Margin YTD
• Net Write Up / (Down) YTD

Receipts

Click the Receipts tab to see the following:

• Receipts for This Month
• Receipts for Last Year Month
• Receipts for This Year-To-Date
• Receipts for Last Year-To-Date

• Cash Receipts – 3 Year Comparison. Hover over the bar graph to see amounts for each month/year.

• Accounts Receivable
• A/R Over 30 Days
• % of A/R Over 30 Days
• Write Offs YTD

Staff

Click the Staff tab and select a User to see the following:

• Billed revenue This Month
• Billed revenue Last Year Month
• Billed revenue This Year-To-Date
• Billed revenue Last Year-To-Date
• Billed Revenue – 3 Year Comparison. Hover over the bar graph to see amounts for each month/year
• Unbilled Revenue
• Realization Rate YTD
• Gross Profit Margin YTD
• Net Write Up / (Down) YTD
