Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard provides a quick way to see to-do items, your schedule, and billable hours.

All sections, with the exception of the Staff Billable/NonBillable Hours This Week section, can be collapsed by clicking the and can be expanded by clicking the +.

Accessing the Home Dashboard

You can access the Home Dashboard from the menu.

  1. Click Dashboard Dashboard.
  2. Click Home Home.

Using the Home Dashboard

At the top of the window, buttons are available to open the Company Dashboard (only available for users with permissions), + Add Time (to open Time Sheet Entry), and + Expense (to open Expense Entry).

The Home Dashboard is divided into panels containing specific information.

To-Do

The To-Do section displays all of your to-do items added via Quick Links or the Client View. You can add, edit, or delete To-Do items on the Dashboard.

Billable Hrs

The Billable Hrs section displays Targets and Billable Hrs for Today, This Week, This Month, and Year-To-Date.

 

Staff Billable/NonBillable Hours This Week

The Staff Billable/NonBillable Hours This Week section provides a graph for both nonbillable and billable hours for the current week.

Agenda

The Agenda section displays your schedule for the week. Click < or > to move back or forward one day. Click the drop-down arrow to select a day to display.

The Agenda section may be hidden if the Hide Agenda check box is set on the Other tab of General Settings. For additional information, see the Other Settings article.

Leaderboard for Billable Hours

The Leaderboard for Billable Hours section displays the users with the most billable hours for This Week, This Month, and This Year and the number of hours they have.

The Leaderboard section may be hidden if the Hide Leaderboard check box is set on the Other tab of General Settings. For additional information, see the Other Settings article.
