Messages

You can write messages to your clients, which will be sent to the client portal for them to review.

Accessing Messages

You can access Messages via Workspaces.

  1. Click Workspaces Workspaces.
  2. Click the link in the Workspace Name tab.
  3. Click Messages.

Using Messages

At the top of the Messages tab you can enter a subject and body of a new message you want to send to your contact. The bottom has a list of messages you have already sent, as well as replies from your client.

You can archive messages by clicking the Filter View icon. You can view archived messages by clicking View Archive. Click the Visible icon to restore a message.

Sending a New Message

You can send a new message via the Messages tab in your client’s workspace.

  1. Enter a Subject.
  2. In the Start a conversation field, enter your message.
  3. Click Send.
